Third Circuit Upholds Dismissal of Lanham Act Case

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit upheld the dismissal of a Lanham Act case between competing drug manufacturers (Sebela Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. TruPharma, L.L.C., No. 21-2737 (3d Cir.
