FDA Proposes Rule for Administrative Destruction of Some Devices Refused Admission at U.S. Border

The FDA moved to prevent the reimportation of medical devices that have already been refused admission into the United States by releasing a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to implement its authority to destroy refused devices valued at $2,500 or less.
